Your items seem kinda pricey... and out of my range. Do you recommend any other brands/products that might meet my needs and budget?
We are more of a "boutique" style and quality diaper maker. And yet, we understand that not everyone who wants to cloth diaper can afford more expensive brands. Please feel free to email us directly to see if there is someone specific that we'd recommend for your needs. Everyone is different, so I won't just post a list. But, I'm sure that we can point you in a couple of directions that might work better for you.
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our diapers. So, we're comfortable with what we charge as being reasonable.
Your embroideries are rather expensive.
We charge the industry standard of $1 per 1000 stitches for everything over 5000 stitches. It is very time consuming to do most of the embroideries. This is reflected in the cost.
I am looking for a specific embroidery and you don't have it listed in your gallery.
Email us and we just might have what you are looking for, but not have it listed online. Or, we can point you to many embroidery vendors online where we are sure to find something that will work.
How do I leave feedback for a purchase I've made through your HyenaCart?
Hyena Cart can be confusing sometimes, so here are some instructions:
- Wait about 24 hours so I can mark your order as "Paid"
- Login to HC and choose "Purchases" on the left-hand side (http://hyenacart.com/purchase_history.php)
- It should come up with the current month, but if not, choose the correct month and year from the drop-down boxes
- On the right side click on the link to "Leave feedback"
Do you have a "recommended" washing routine for the diapers?
Because of the many possibilities in washing options (front loader, HE, laundromat, line dry, etc.) please email us with specific issues you might be facing in your current wash routine. You can also find some very helpful information over at Diaper Pin or Diaper Jungle.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I do. I only take a limited number, as time permits. I will place "custom slots" in my store for purchase with specific details.
I would like to place a custom order but I don't see any slots in the store.
Please feel free to email me directly to see if I have any time available and just haven't been able to list a slot yet.
Can I send in my personal fabric for a custom order?
Well, this isn't a cut and dried question and isn't easy to answer. I am willing to work with customers who have specific fabric they want used for fitteds, covers or AIOs. Please email me prior to purchasing a custom slot and we'll see what we can work out.
