Diapering products
You may return any unwashed and unworn in-stock diaper for any reason for up to 14 days from receipt for a full refund, less shipping fees. Please email me for authorization prior to returning any products.
Defects of workmanship will be repaired/replaced for up to 30 days at our discretion. We will determine what constitutes a defect of workmanship on a case by case basis. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Snaps will be replaced for the original owner for the lifetime of the diaper. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We're sorry, but no refunds will be granted on items that have been washed or worn.
Please remember to wash and dry your new diapers before use. Any residual black, purple, red, or blue (disappearing ink) marks made during garment construction will be rinsed away during your first wash cycle. We make every effort to remove all construction markings before items are shipped, but occasionally they will reappear.
Seconds
We can't repair defects of workmanship on second quality diapers. They're seconds, because they have defects of workmanship, and they're priced accordingly. We will, however, still gladly replace snaps. Second quality diapers should still be functional when they're sold. Please let us know right away, if this is not the case. We can't promise anything, but we'll do our best to resolve the problem.
Clothing Items
Clothing items will be replaced/repaired at our discretion for 30 days for defects of workmanship, but we will give no refunds on clothing items. There's just no way to tell if they've been worn before being returned. In some cases (at our discretion) unwashed and unworn items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a like item in a different size. This depends on availability of stock. Custom orders may not be exchanged. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all exchanges and repairs.
Custom/Special Items
All Custom/Special orders are not returnable and may not be exchanged or refunded. All defects in workmanship will be repaired or replaced. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance, Shipping and Customs
Insurance, shipping and customs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is also the responsibility of the customer for all exchanges and repairs.
